Registration at www.sklep.blazko.pl is not obligatory to make a purchase but allows You to check the status of Your order, gives us opportunity to offer You discounts and promotional coupons.
The registration form provides personal data such as email/username and password and personal data such as: name and surname, home / business address, telephone number - which are necessary for processing the order and delivery.
In accordance with current Personal Data Protection Act - in the registration form user agree for processing of his/her personal data needed for the purposes of the order at BLAZKO. Non-registered users also agree for processing of his/her personal data needed for the purposes of the order completion.
User‘s consent to the personal data processing by BLAZKO is entirely voluntary but crucial for order completion and delivery. Each user has the right to access and correct his personal data.
User who subscribes to Blazko's Newsletter agrees for receiving occasional emails with news, promotions or other marketing informations from Blazko only. The consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time. User can resign from receiving newsletter after loggin in to user's account (registered users) or by emailing administrator.
Deleting/Changing user's data
All personal data can be changed at any time after logging on users account (registered users) or by contacting the administrator at firstname.lastname@example.org
Registered user can ask for own personal data removal at any time. The account will be deleted immediately or after the completion of orders assigned to it. Reinstatement of the account can be made only by completing the registration process again.
BLAZKO WebShop www.sklep.blazko.pl is built using modern and safe solutions created and run by profesional providers. Only few people has access to your personal data, and they are the ones responsible for completing Your order. The data, which is collected during the purchase transaction, are used only to complete the transaction. Your IP number is also collected when You make a transaction.
To complete the order your personal data may also be shared with PayPal or DotPay which are safe online payment methods and DHL or Poczta Polska (Polish Post) which are responsible for Blazko’s deliveries.
